Working with Elysian Residences, we are providing strategic leasing advice on approximately 40,000 sq ft of retail and food and beverage units on Mount Pleasant Road, Tunbridge Wells. The F&B will sit alongside a new 11,000 sq ft boutique cinema.
Our role on this project is to advise Elysian on all commercial aspects of the development, including both the retail and F&B market locally and nationally. We are also advising on the choice and instruction of leasing agents and taking the lead in their direction and management.
Milligan also advises on requirements for specific research, guidance on turnover potential, advice on specialist concepts such as market food halls, homewares and lifestyle, gyms and wellbeing. We play a central part in all commercial elements of the project, sitting alongside the developers in this exciting creation of a new F&B and leisure focus in Tunbridge Wells.
